I just discovered that Ezra Pound’s work is in the public domain. How did Pound’s estate fail to do what the estates of his contemporaries did? (Hemingway, Joyce, Fitzgerald, Woolf, etc) Pound only passed away in 1972. Copyright law is confusing.
